October 31, 2011, Monday, is declared a Non-Working Holiday all throughout the Country by the Philippine President BENIGNO S. AQUINO III under Proclamation No. 265 last October 10, 2011. This is to give full opportunity to Filipino people to properly observe the All Saints Day which may require them to travel to and from different regions of the country. Since Monday, 31 October 2011, falling between Sunday and Tuesday, 1 November 2011 (All Saints Day), has been traditionally declared a special (non-working) day throughout the country.

So its official that its a long weekend for All Saints Day starting October 29, 30, 31 through November 1, 2011. The October 31 2011 special Non working holiday declaration will give a  big advantage for those who need enough time to observe All Saints and All Souls Day in the Philippines. Those who need early vacation might check Cebu Pacific Website Promos or AirPhil Express Website Promos for surprise Promo fares and Piso Fares Sale.
