Missing Felimon on FAMAS!

By Miong - Friday, December 05, 2008

Congrats to the Cebu Local Band(One of the BisRock Igniters) Missing Felimon for winning FAMAS Best Theme Song “Sine-Sine” from the movie 'Confessional'. Stands out from fellow nominees: Anak ng Kumander (composed by Pablo Vergara and performed by Resty Hernandez, Anak ng Kumander), Hanggang sa Dulo (composed and performed by Noel Cabangon, Batanes), Ang Himig Natin (composed by Mike Hanopol/Walter Gonzales/Pepe Smith), Sa Aking Pag-uwi (composed and performed by Dave Langit).
The Filipino Academy of Movie Arts and Sciences Awards, also known as FAMAS Awards, are the awards given by the FAMAS, an award-giving body for Philippine Movie Industries composed of Award winning writers and movie columnists and writers, since 1952. It is, as others may say, a Filipino equivalent of the American Academy Awards. Pictures Credit to insoymada and Wikipedia.
