  2. Yes, The Cebu South Coastal Road. A venture of Cebu City Govt. From SM City Cebu, you can be there quickly through a dedicated Tunnel passing under Fort San Pedro. Very dreamy Indeed.

    One of the block of lots there will house the proposed University of the Philippines Campus (other than the one in Gorordo).

  3. Yes ! Indeed. Finally a new place to enjoy for locals and tourists. Filipinos abroad need to work harder and save money
    for this. There's more money to spend and enjoy here.
