Cebu is No. 1 Vote rich province at ~ 3.2 Million registered voters as of 2022 ComElec Elections. No doubt hopeful for Government positions especially in the National positions have to visit Cebu Province compose of Metro Cebu cities: Cebu City, Mandaue City, Lapu-Lapu City, Talisay City, Toledo City, and all the towns extended for the Metropolitan Cebu. Outside the Metropolitan scope are other big cities and towns that are also capable of delivering votes to their eyed Candidates. In May 4, ISKO Moreno and his National team lineup visits back Cebu City before the May 9 National Elections in a series of community visits, forums during the day and Rally & concert in the evening.

Isko Moreno together with his National Team, Vice presidentiable Willie Ong, Party List Nominee MOCHA USON, Senatorial lineups Carl Balita, Samira Gutoc, Jopet Sison and John Castriciones attended the ISKOncert Grand Rally Cebu MAY 4, 2022 at the 3rd Avenue Street across Robinson's Galleria Cebu and Pier 4. The weather was fine at the start of the evening event flock by hundreds to thousands of Cebuanos who are excited to hear and see the candidates in person but a heavy rain fell around 9:30 in the evening causing dispersed crowds at the later part of the event.
