The development will have its own share of sustainability, the malls roofing will be laid with solar roof panels, and will utilize an open layout scheme for passive cooling and natural lighting in most of the development’s common areas. 40% of the entire development will be dedicated to green and open spaces. Tan added that there will be some untouched areas for bike trails, airsoft shooting, and tree-top activities. It's the part of the Mactan Newtown with abundant surrounding trees that they will keep intact.
