I know its a preferred venue for skimboarders in Cebu aside from Argao for constant waves that fits wave-riding or no waves at all for sand-skimming. Mactan Island has few skim-boarding spots also where I usually played and my summer destination - Sta. Fe, Bantayan Island.

The San Miguel Beer Brewery Inc.'s National Finals Beer drinking Contest is happening at the Peublo Verde, MEPZ II Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu last November 4. The event determines the fastest San Miguel Beer Drinkers in the country. Beer Drinkers came from the area champions from GMA South, GMA North, Central Luzon, Northern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. They will also try to beat the 53.73 seconds record last year of the Northwest GMA delegates. More than 2 Million worth of Cash and San Miguel Beer promotional items await the winners and the fastest team composed of five members will bring home 500, 000 Pesos.
