By Popular Demand, Andok's is back on foodpanda

Living in Cebu, I've seen how food delivery has become part of everyday life rather than just a weekend treat. Whether I'm juggling work, craving a quick meal after a long day, or planning an impromptu get-together with family and friends, having my favorite comfort food delivered right to my doorstep has become incredibly convenient. It's no surprise that more Cebuanos are embracing digital food delivery as a go-to solution for busy schedules and everyday cravings.

One of the things I've been looking forward to is seeing more of my favorite local food brands on foodpanda, so I was genuinely excited to learn that Andok's is finally back after an eight-year absence. Like many Cebuanos, I've missed the convenience of ordering their legendary litson manok and smoky liempo with just a few taps. Now that foodpanda has welcomed the iconic fast-food chain back to its platform, satisfying those familiar cravings has become much easier—without having to leave home.

“At foodpanda, we’re always looking for ways to bring customers closer to the brands and meals they love,” said Patricia Jacinto, Marketing and Growth Director of foodpanda Philippines. “The excitement surrounding Andok’s launch reflects the strong connection Filipinos have with familiar food favorites, and we’re happy to make those everyday cravings more accessible through the platform”

Data from foodpanda reveals that Andok’s consistently remained among the platform’s most-searched brands in Cebu and across the country, despite being unavailable on the app for nearly a decade. This enduring fandom highlights the deep connection locals have with the brand.

To kick off this massive comeback in the Visayas region, foodpanda has officially onboarded an initial 50 high-traffic Andok's branches, with hundreds more slated to roll out on the app in the coming months.

“As modern lifestyles keep Filipinos busier than ever, the partnership bridges the gap between nostalgic comfort and modern convenience,” said Maverick Leonardo T. Javier, President of Andok’s Litson Corporation. “By integrating a beloved household name into foodpanda’s nationwide network, satisfying a sudden craving for familiar favorites is now just a few taps away.”

I couldn't be more excited about this partnership because it fits perfectly with the way many of us in Cebu live today. Whether I'm in Cebu City, Mandaue, or Lapu-Lapu, ordering food has become second nature—especially on busy days or when I'm simply craving my favorite comfort meals. With Andok's now back on foodpanda, it's even easier to satisfy those cravings with just a few taps, making everyday dining more convenient and a lot more enjoyable.

By merging Andok’s beloved menu with foodpanda's robust delivery network, the collaboration promises to elevate the local food landscape, making it easier than ever for Cebuanos to get their favorite roast chicken fix anytime, anywhere.
