The Visayan Electric Company (Veco) has successfully launched its ASK VECO Text Service which utilizes this new and easy communication tool, called texting. The power utility sees the practicality of texting and adopts to this innovation. VECO customers can now get their monthly electricity bills by just texting anytime and anywhere. Below are some of the common information that you wanna know and just an SMS away.
* Register to VECO Text facility first:
Simply type ASKVECO space * VECO Electricity Monthly Bills
Veco monthly electricity bill can now be accessed through text. To access, they can simply type ASKVECO space BILL space ACCOUNT ID
* VECO Unscheduled outages
Power outages that are unexpected and nobody knows when it can occur. VECO Customers can inquire on the status of major unscheduled power outages through text messaging. Through this facility, it is much easier to know when the power gets restored, by just typing
ASKVECO space OUTAGE
* VECO Energy conservation tips
For energy conservation tips, customers can text
ASKVECO space ENERCON
